Story: I grew up fishing & collecting sand dollars on the beaches of Padre Island & Corpus Christi with my grandparents. My mom used to surf the short break and rent out surfboards while my dad was hitting ice houses and trying to land my mom. We used to wade way out to the furthest sandbar, (my dad & I) and hope we didn't kick up any large fish with teeth. This one goes out to family, to the past, to memories faded, to the ones that we had to say goodbye to along the way & to the currents that carried us through it all.
